Well...I'm just sitting here reading how to make amasake to make for me and the boys (yum!) and I figured I'd stop by xanga and write a few things, say hello, the usual...

The other day I was walking down the CC hall and noticed a flyer (why I noticed this particular flyer from the others I have no clue...) that said something along the lines of:

So the new news for the day:  I'm outta coffee creamer.  *tear*   Other top stories include current hold on M.N.M. and B., due to their current unfinishedness ( *more tear* ), and a continuing of the E & F units' shortage of 360-ness due to hardware malfunctions.  (do not, and I repeat, DO NOT let superballs ANYWHERE close to those things!!!!!!1111oneoneone...three...).  In later news, we'll take a look at a certain college boy's indictment into the local mental asylum (eep!).

Anyway....now that (some of) that's out of my system...
Finals are coming up VERY quickly.  Finals suck.  Period.  Doubleplus-ungood*.  Oh well...guess that means I just have to (dare I say it...) ............................study.

(In answer to your question) Of course I am.  Don't forget that Joshua is were I want to teach (or at least end up there).  And, no:  Cammie's not the "last connection," either.  I've still got friends there and I will continue to make more.  Not to mention I'm the only one in my family who DOESN'T live down there.  Joshua's my roots--I won't be leaving them anytime soon.  Even so, I think (I could be wrong) Cammie and I would like to 'take up settlement' in Joshua after we grad (like for our kids' schooling, so we'll be close to family, etc.).  But anyway...

Well...I've got a lesson in the morning and I'm not as prepared as I need to be, so I'm'a'go now.

Finally did the last showing of Die Fledermaus (which is an opera by Johann Strauss) today.  I got to play timp.  I think out of all our practices and performances, this was the worst...still good, but the worst.

I got to come home over the weekend (even if for only like 14 hours...) and see Cammie and watch the NTCA drumline championships.  Way to go M'Pulse!  3 out of 4 times to make State Champs isn't too bad!  ;)  I'm glad I got to come down and see it.
